decason: I put these in when I bought them and haven’t taken them out since. Slept in, showered in, hot tubbed in…they still look brand new. I have very sensitive ears and these don’t bother me at all. I took one star off because one earring opened once on its own. Just the one time though so I’m hoping it was a fluke.

Kopi Susu: I have too many pieces of Pavoi jewelry to count, with over half of my pieces being earrings. Some people get super upset that the affordable options aren't solid metal (the posts are always sterling silver, though), but metal is heavy, and I usually wear multiple pairs of earrings and ear cuffs at once. I don't want my ears to feel weighed down! And Pavoi actually does offer solid 14kt gold pieces on their website with prices to match. I personally don't want to spend over $100 to give jewelry a test drive, so I'm fine with the inexpensive, lightweight options. If I decide I want a 14kt pair of huggie hoops, I'll visit their website.

I've never had issues with the clasps breaking or turning my skin green. On that note, it's important to remember that sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining 7.5% made up of other metals, usually copper. Some people react more to copper than others. This is due to a chemical reaction with moisture on your skin and the alloys in the metal.

Amazon Customer: Was unable to find exactly what I wanted in solid gold so thought I would try these as a temporary measure. Well, I have had them in my ears since they arrived and not taken them out at all. Super comfortable. They look like solid gold and keeping their beautiful look with no signs of tarnish at all. Very impressed at the quality for such a good price. I am no longer thinking of replacing them with far more expensive solid gold. No need. I love these earrings.
