Stephanie Padovano: I am very grateful to have read this classic book. I have other books written by rabbis, but the others were written for a general audience. This book was mentioned by a Messianic Jewish evangelist so I was interested especially since I am a traditional Catholic and my religion owes a lot to Judaism. What the author wrote was very familiar to me, but Catholicism uses different words. What the Rabbi calls evil inclinations, we call concupiscence, and mitvohs are similar to good works along with an examination of conscience and custody of the eyes. It was an excellent book to become holier and the translator did a great job too.

Yep: It’s says that it includes a daily study for the whole year however it looks like it’s only in Hebrew there is no English translation for the study.

Greg Parness: If want a great Holy Sefer I recommend this translation study. It improves my service toward Hashem. It teaches me vigilance, many important virtues for life and how to acquire it. Easy to understand. Very powerful wisdom of divine service of Love, Fear and Cleaving to the Eternal and all other aspects of piety. If your striving for piety I recommend this study and to be read over and over again.

Name Nachname: Das Buch ist ein sehr gutes Lehrbuch, man muss es tatsächlich öfter lesen. Der Einband, das Papier und der Druck sind erste Klasse, das Layout ist sehr ansprechend und ermöglicht ein angenehmes Lesen.
Eine inhaltliche Angabe wage ich nicht zu schreiben, da ich mich als totaler Laie fühle. Man sagt, jeder sollte dieses Buch mehrmals lesen.
