Kevin Parsons: I ordered the batteries to replace old existing ones in my cordless Panasonic phone. The old ones were green and had lower amp hours but these new ones work just fine
I am surprised they didn’t come with Panasonic wrapping so the question remains if they’re fake, but I doubt it
They work fine, no error codes etc etc

osetleo: I purchase the 10 battery option and when I received the product 3 of the batteries were not working. I am not sure what was wrong with not working batteries and why they were not working. They looked identical to all others.
I called the seller as it was a card included in the package and informed him about the issue with 3 batteries. He offered to compensate my account with the cost of 3 batteries. However, I asked him to send me replacement batteries instead as I have 5 Panasonic phones that had original batteries that I wanted to replace. He willingly agreed and in 3-4 days I have received the replacement package with 4 batteries.
On one side it is not very encouraging that initially 30% of batteries were not working, however I value more the seller's willingness to resolve the issue.
