Erika TalleyErika Talley: The media could not be loaded.  The design and idea is great. I have 3 stars after trying 6 different curlers. I was very exited for this one. Holding this curler is perfect and easy to use compared to the TOUCHbeauty. However, if curling without mascara it does not hold the curl like the TOUCHbeauty does. I curled my eyelashes without mascara and they hold in place all day. This one with in min the curl is gone. When using mascara it has a nice curls but the lift is not close to what the TOUCHbeauty gives you. If you have a problem with holding the curlers I recommend this one, yet if the hold is not an issue I recommend buying the TOUCHbeauty. The TOUCHbeauty only problem is that if gives a little burn but no injury to the lid. First picture is the Panasonic second it the TOUCHbeauty.Also wanted to mention that not sure but this curler only heads up if am holding the silver...

zomunoz : Previamente había comprado un rizador parecido en una pagina china. Rizaba bien las pestañas pero las pilas duraban muy poco y el rizador dejó de funcionar en unos meses.
Mis pestañas sin gruesas, largas y muy lacias, por eso busqué un rizador con calor.
Encontré este de Panasonic y por el precio, 30 dólares, lo pensé mucho, lo pedí y no me arrepiento.
Tiene dos gomas que se calientan cuando ya lo vas a utilizar, o sea al deslizarlo hacia arriba cuando ya colocaste las pestañas, se enciende y calienta las gomas para enchinar las pestañas, esto optimiza la duración de las baterías.
Se debe calentar unos 20 segundos antes de usarse, después usarlo en cada ojo unos 15 segundos dos veces en cada uno y las pestañas quedan hermosas listas para el rímel.
No aconsejo utilizar el dispositivo cuando ya se colocó el rímel.
Me imagino que para pestañas cortas sería muy difícil usar.
Espero que dure mucho tiempo porque por el precio no volvería a comprarlo si dura menos de tres años.

skim: Honestly Ive owned 3 different ones so far and this one is definitely the best. Gets hot enough to curl but wont burn and is so great with one battery, doesn't suck the power out like other ones.

C. Hill: I've been using this eyelash curler for almost 3 years now and I love it. I truly feel most of the bad reviews are user error. I've tried every type of heated eyelash curler out there and this one rocks my socks. Here's some helpful hints:
1) The first time you put a battery in it's HOT. Use caution for the first few times. Sometimes I have to turn it off and let it cool a little before I can continue.
2) Yes there is a power button sliding thingy. It's silver and in the middle of the device. You don't just put a battery in and it works. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard because then you would have to take the battery out again to turn it off. Yes, It takes a minute to heat up. On the back of the tip is a blueish-purple dot that turns pink when it's ready. Turn it on at some point during your beauty routine (before you actually need it). I turn it on after I get my foundation on but before I apply color.
3) You can't just hold it to your eyelash and it magically curls. For the best results I start at the base of the lash pressing upwards and hold for a second or two, then move slowly to the end of the lash and press back towards toward the eyelid...

Miss KB: I love the look of curly eyelashes--it makes my eyes look super-big and glam, like I'm wearing false lashes, plus it gives my face an instant lift.

My previous method for curling my lashes was to simply hit my metal eyelash curler  Shiseido The Makeup Eyelash Curler  with a shot of hot air from my hair dryer and that did the trick.

However, it's not always convenient to carry around a hair dryer just to heat your metal eyelash curler. With my busy schedule, sometimes I'm forced to apply my make-up wherever I can, which turns out is not always in front my vanity or in my bathroom next to my hair dryer, or even near an electrical outlet.

So, I was so psyched to find out they made electric eyelash curlers!!! What a neat invention, I thought.

My first electric eyelash curler was much like this one: Talika Heated Eyelash Curler 1 ea .

However, the brand I had didn't really get hot enough for a strong, long lasting curl. Plus, the casing of the curler was rather shabby, and finally it just went dead (at a rather inopportune time might I add, while I was at a resort and couldn't buy...
