I have been looking for one of these for quite some time. I’ve done a bit of research. I liked the woven bottom to the fire pit as I know it won’t rust and it matched a couple of our chairs. The windscreen is fine but it’s not necessary, it puts out just the right amount of heat for an evening with a glass of wine .

Great customer service from Pamapic. Nicole reached out and promptly sent out a new glass fire pit top. Unfortunately Fed Ex shattered the first and she sent out a new one that arrived today. Excited to use our fire pit again.
We were loving this fire pit had a small issue with flame not staying lit but were able to fix that. Fire pit is great looking , gave off great heat, used on a covered porch. Sadly just over a year old and woke up one morning and the glass was shattered with out any reason. I've tried to reach out to seller and manufacturer but no response. Disappointed customer.
