Palm Springs V2 Youth/Teen All Graphite Golf Club Set with Stand Bag

Lorraine M. Rendon: Bought this set for my wife who is just starting the sport. Quality was very good with a good selection of clubs. The graphite shafts were a good fit for her as her upper body strength is not that great. The golf instructor was impressed with the selection and quality of this set. As my wife doesn't play that often, this was a great compromise between cost and quality, and should last her a very long time.

Ben CBen C: I was admittedly nervous about buying these at only $200 when other sets are $500-$800, but so far, these seem comparable and much better than the other $200 sets I've looked at. These are GREAT CLUBS!

I'm new to golf but was tired of hand-me-down clubs and wanted my own set without spending $1000. These will definitely work for me. Purchased for me by my boyfriend, so thought I'd review them. I like these much better than a lot of the Strata Complete or XL sets I saw at the golf shops. These feel higher quality.

The irons are light without feeling cheap and feel good swinging them. The hybrids are great and the putter is solid. The bag is nice and lightweight, love the kickstand (and backpack strap!). The bag is a light blue and the head covers/iron designs are aqua, so not exactly matching, but all still pretty without being too "girly."

Thought I would want to re-grip them, but I like the grips so far and plan to keep them for a while.

Took them to the driving range and got an awesome hit out of all of them at least once. As in, I hit this 5-iron better than any 5-iron I've swung so far. Same for all the clubs. Struggling with the driver, but that's...

Anna Mardis: Fantastic starter set! I am new to the game, have taken a few lessons, been to the driving range once, and played my first short course last week and these work great! Even my instructor and another friend who plays regularly both said it's a great set for a beginner and they were impressed. I even seen another woman walking around the course with the same set. I am 5'5 and these are the perfect length, light weight, and very sturdy. Eventually I will upgrade when I improve, but for now this is a great starter set. The bag is very nice too- no rips or frays, and the color is exactly as it looks in the pic. Very nice sturdy bag, and the stand works very well too. The buying and shipping process went well, I think I got them about a week later, maybe less.

Almolano: First of all, I must mention I am a complete beginner in golf and after doing some research on the Internet I decided to buy this Club Set. The clubs are light, resistant, well finished and good quality. I have received very good comments from experienced golfers as well as from my golf course partners. The only thing to improve is the rain hood, which is made from a very thin material that does not resist the weight of the clubs when carrying them causing its deformation and breaking. I think this is something very easy to solve by using a thicker material. Anyhow it is still a very worthy purchase.

Zippy: After playing for many years, I had to give up golf about 5 years ago due to a medical problem. I sold my clubs. I got cleared to play again this spring and I needed something to get started with. Initially, I looked for used clubs at stores and on Craigslist (Phoenix, AZ). Both were disappointing. Store items were very high priced and all had substantial wear. CL led me to chase all over town for items of exaggerated condition. Then I stumbled across this set of Palm Springs clubs, bag and putter included, for an incredible internet price of $199. Delivery took two days. I really can't believe the quality, especially after using them for two driving range visits and two 9 hole play dates. All clubs have graphite shafts and I would judge them to be on the stiffer side of medium. The shafts have a nice metallic gold appearance, unlike most graphite clubs which are charcoal black. Club heads are standard chromed steel with grooved and sandblasted facings. Irons have a standard hollow back head design. Grips are the standard composite.
