DrNC: We've been using this product for years. We chop up a good quantity of red onion and fresh cilantro and toss it in with 2-3 avocados and this mix depending on the size. With experience you'll determine exactly how many whole avocados are required to get the best mix. We are much more of a fan of the mild than the spicy, although we've tried both. This recipe is very popular with family and friends.
