Robbie: I went backpacking round South America (#gapyah) and these worked well. The big one fitted my trousers comfortably. The middle fitted t shirts well and the small was underwear. I was able to squeeze things in the side of the bigger bag and it still closed. I’ve had these for 2 years now and the zips have survived 6 months round South America, 2 months round Asia and a month round Europe. Lightweight too. My backpack was an osprey farpoint 55L and these fitted comfortably with a little room to spare (when fully packed). 10/10 recommend.

OneHeart: These are fabulous packing cubes! There are really two separate points here. 1) I found packing cubes were a great way to organize while traveling. We went on an int'l trip, took only a carry on sized suitcase and moved from one hotel to another every few days. The cubes really helped simplify. I put all tops in one cube, shorts/pants in another, warm clothes in another, etc. I knew where to find what I was looking for and could get ready quicker and with less stress.2) these eBag cubes are well made with strong yet flexible material and sturdy, easy moving zippers.
There are so many different brands of packing cubes. I hate to admit how much time I spent comparing the different options. I'm really glad I went with these cubes. I bought a 3 pack of smalls, 3 pack of mediums and a variety pack. Bought all black, although I think colors would also be helpful in finding a particular cube even quicker. I read a lot of reviews- it seemed to me that many were made up by the sellers of the cubes. Not the case here. Excellent, high quality cubes indeed. No need to look further, the only decision is what size to get.

rc: Dimension is 34.9cm x 24.8cm x 7.8cm
Due to the size, it is limited to flexibility and layout combinations. For example - 3 pairs of jeans or 8 rolled up t-shirts or 4 track shirt bottoms.
Best to choose the large size version and combine it with the small version (if you have the space in your luggage) otherwise these medium versions are the perfect size for a carry on backpack or a business trip. The zips are outstanding and strong. The build quality is very good.
However there are several competing alternatives so best to shop around for real value unless you are person who likes everything the same brand. I would say it is slightly expensive for what it gives you!

Darren: I've used a cheaper set frequently for business over the past year or so, and recently had two zips break on different items. Having found them incredibly useful, I was searching for a replacement and, although many low cost cubes sre available, many users have experienced similar problems with the zips on such items.
Having heard excellent reviews of Eagle Creek products, I searched and the ebags products were listed alongside (although I don't know if there is a link). On the basis of other excellent reviews, I purchased two sets; these, and a mixed set of a small, medium and large cube.
Whilst I havent travelled with these yet (and I will update my review if anything changes), so far I can see why there are so many happy customers - they are well made, with thick material, strong stitching and even stronger zips. Glad I decided to invest in these now I know how useful packing cubes are. If you haven't tried them yet, or like me are looking to replace older or cheaper cubes, I would certainly recommend these.

daughterofthesun: I wasn't overly impressed when I first got these. As a matter of fact, I attempted to return them but the return window had come and gone.
Fast forward a few months later. I was traveling to New York and wanted to fit as much as possible into my suitcase. I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and purchased some of those vacuum bags that are supposed to compress your clothing, allowing you to fit more into your suitcase. What a waste of time and money that was. After filling and rolling the bags as instructed, my clothing actually took up more space after I was done. I wound up returning the space vacuum bags. As a last resort, I decided to give these eBag packing cubes a try.
Wow! Not only was I able to fit everything I wanted to take into the suitcase, but everything was so neatly packed and organized, making getting dressed while in New York a snap! I have this 3 piece set and also a smaller set for lingerie, socks, etc.
I'm so glad that I waited too long to return them!

Susie: I absolutely adore eBags packing cubes and have them in all sizes and colours. I have used and abused mine and they are unruffled. I often give them as gifts too. People look at you a bit oddly when you do, but weeks later they are soooo happy with them. Great for packing for children - they can each have their own colour of cube within your case and they have comfy handles for carrying them around. Great for hotels - just take the cubes out and put them in the drawers if you want to. AND they really come into their own if you have to carry work stuff and clothes to events in the same suitcase. No opening your case in a crowded room to get your books & equipment out whilst everyone can see your undies. By the way they are a bit like paper sizes. Medium is a bit bigger than A4 so books and files fit really well, small are like A5+ and large is almost exactly A3. Large are the least useful - maybe just for mens' suits?

Rusty Shackleford: Traveling has never been an entirely pleasant experience, but these packing cubes do help a whole heap. I have the medium, and small packing cubes, the medium size listed here is perfect for packing shirts and pants. I can fit about 6 adult-sized t-shirts, or 4 pairs of pants in a medium sized, or alternatively I can fit 2 complete outfits in a cube, but this is only if I roll (the superior way of packing clothes). This size in particular if perfect for clothes.
I've used them in both standard luggage, duffel bag, and vera bradley totes and a grand traveler. In all instances, though it takes a bit more time to pack, I'm supremely grateful by the time I get to my destination. Unpacking is a breeze, and for something like a road trip, where you'd be constantly packing and unpacking, the experience is painless. You can just pull the bags you need out (by the convenient handle) , unzip the compartment, all the way if you need to, take what you need, then arrange the bags back in your bag, or set them in the drawers of wherever you're staying. The only problem I've found with this system is dealing with dirty clothes, as previously I would segregate my dirty clothes in a...

Jay: These are great for keeping clothes together when you have to pack and unpack often. I was on a 10 day trip, and was switching hotels 5 times, so I used these to organize my clothes (warm clothes, workout wear, short/t-shirts, etc). It was great. I could just open the cold weather bag on rainy days, and just open the shorts bag on hot days. It made re-packing every other day a breeze since the clothes were already folded and easily re-stackable.
I didn't give these 5- stars because they don't condense the clothes at all, which some of the other brands do.
Notably, as far as size, I ordered the large and medium not realizing which would work better in a carry-on size bag. The large eBags took up nearly the full length and width of the suitcase. For the medium, I could place 2 side by side for each "layer" of bags. I preferred the smaller of the two sizes, since they weren't really that small. As a female on the small to medium side, I didn't have to fold the clothes too much to make them fit in the bags (which was my initial concern when ordering).

Shakin' Stevens: I can only think that the dimensions for the eBags range were not included in the descriptions originally, hence some of the older reviews?
I wanted some packing cubes so that various small items and small items of clothing didn't rattle around in my various bags/cases, becoming a mess. I packed a case and a bag and measured the space that i wanted cubes to occupy, then i bought the bags that most closely fitted the space. These three medium cubes are ideal, they are lightweight and well made. I usually pack two cubes and take a third bag which i start to use for dirty washing as the others empty.
My advise to think carefully what you want to put in your cubes- ie socks, t shirts etc, and measure them. Then measure the space you want to occupy in your case/rucksack/bag and you can't go wrong.
