DIYguy: I have had a bunch of fasteners in numerous bags and containers and one by one, the aggressive searching destroyed all the ziplock bags, the shoeboxes, the rockauto boxes etc. I bought these, spent 15 minutes laying out what I had to determine how to designate the bins and after 2 hours of carefully sorting everything into them I can say I couldn't be more pleased. The trays seal and keep parts sorted pretty well, especially if you don't store the containers upside down or toss them around.

rvg: Many not very useful sections and inserts and very little customization. For the price I was expecting it to be bigger and the ability to suit it to my needs through panels that can be inserted but it is minimal in this one. It is sturdy though and seems durable.

Kristina: I was looking for something to organize my arduino supplies and tape, screwdrivers, gerber multi-tool, resistors, screws etc... This is perfect. They are made of plastic so they are very light and I can easily put them into a bag if I decide to work on some arduino at a friend’s house or library. The clasps work very smoothly, they are not hard to lock into place. The clasps can easily fall off if you use a lot of force but they can easily be put back on too. I am using them for small stuff anyways so I don’t need anything heavy duty.

Isherlaufer: I use this organizer for my water irrigation equipment (connections, hoses, etc.) and it works great. I can separate everything into their own sections making it easy to find.

In order to keep the different organizers together like in the picture, I added a bit of Velcro to each section and now they sit together perfectly.

Some of the compartments are tiny, but it's easy to take them out and reconfigure it to however you need.

Christopher Michael Bordelon: I bought this to keep all my nuts, bolts, screws, electrical connectors and other assorted items organized. Its a great buy but make sure to read the specifications on how big these items are. When I got them I was surprised at the size of them as I didnt read up on them. I just saw them and thought this is what I need. I normally dont do this and they dont put this in the description of the item unless you look up the actual specs on it. From the picture they look great for what I got them for but when I got them it was a different story. Im still using the larger one but I replaced the others with a set of organizers I got from a Big Box Orange store (hint hint) That actually cost around $12 and I was able to put all my stuff in both of these. Need to do a bit better job on stating how big this is in the features

isometimesdream: I purchased my first set months ago and since them purchased two more sets, I find the design useful, stylist and durable. That fact I've purchased 3 sets is all I really need to say, and it wouldn't surprise me if I buy more. They are a great value for the money.

Pros: Great value, a useful diversity of bin sizes and configurations, customizable (simple but useful), looks good and they are durable.

Cons: Since these are part bins and I have many, I really need to label them so I easily know what's inside (i.e. screws, nuts, bolts, etc) but the design doesn't really allow for it. The best surface to put a label on is the top/lid but that gets covered by any bin you put on top and by the time you can see the label you can also just look through the transparent top and just see what's inside.

One possible solution might be to shoot the body in the same transparent plastic as the top, no need to label it, if I can just see what's inside.

Anonymous: These are great organizers. The orange big-box store sells these same style of boxes under the HDX logo, and I have a bunch of those, too.

For this particular set, I find the boxes to be roomy, strong, and sturdy. The latch secures nicely, and the clear lid is easy to see through.

My only grip is that the removable orange tray has very small compartments. They're almost too small to be practical. If you remove the tray entirely, then other items in the big compartments can move around if the box is inverted or shaken.
