Amazon Customer: If you need it to hold 5 bikes you maybe disappointed, however it works very well for 4 bikes, a must have for your garage.

TimTim: This is an excellent way to store multiple bikes in small spaces. It's incredibly sturdy as long as you make sure to mount to studs. The adjustable nature of the rack is perfect to install on the wall and manage bike placement. It offers wiggle room during installation I'm case your two mount points are slightly off, you can still insert the crossbar without needing to redrill.

As with every bike rack on the market, size up. If you have 4 bikes to store, buy a 5 bike rack, etc. This will definitely not hold 5 bikes of different sizes. But it holds 2 adult and 2 kids bikes perfectly. I suggest protecting your walls from bike tires unless you don't mind messing up the wall paint where the tires sit.

The hooks are great, just be sure when you place the wheel on the hook that there is nothing resting on a spike or you'll damage your spokes.

Justin Lawless: Easy to erect. Solid and easy to adjust for less or more bikes. It is a bit tight for every day use if you are planning to use it for 5 bikes.
Also handy note is to hang the less used or smaller bikes by the back wheel

Amazon Customer: Everything was great except was very hard to find a 12mm hex drill bit for my drill at the local hardware stores so that I could install it immediately (could only find imperial). Had to order one from Amazon.

Mr D Storey: Bought as part of a garage tidy/re-organize project. Mounted on a brick wall with 4 x 10mm x 60mm bolts and matching rawlplugs (purchased separately from local DIY store for less than £1.50). Very solid, not going anywhere in a hurry.
4 adult bikes fit comfortably in an alternate configuration (front wheel hung, rear wheel hung). Would imagine it would struggle to fit 5 adult bikes, but I only needed it for 4 so not really a problem

Jim StevensonJim Stevenson: Really good product, great design, sturdy & does the job for 4 bikes + scooter. But fitting depends on having the right drill bit & long, large rawl plugs. These should be supplied or included within instructions & woukd be 5* if so. Still recommended though.

Wes Perry: There's really not much to say about this device. I only have three bikes on it, and it's great for that. But I'm pretty sure that if I had the full five bikes it comes with hooks for, it would take some pretty creative arrangement to get them all to fit. I have them in alternating orientations as it is, just to make them easier to get down. Altogether, though, it seems to be very sturdy and works great.
Keep in mind, though, when choosing the location for the rack, make sure you're actually capable of safely lifting your bike that high. My wife can't really get the bikes down on her own, or at least not safely. For some people with a heavy bike, a pulley system might be a better option.
