Josh B: Still not 100% sure I can tell the difference between yuzu and lemon, but this bottled juice is definitely worth trying. I use it to make sodas with my soda stream and in cocktails. Often when you buy lemon/lime juice in a container they will have added preservatives, but this one is just pure organic juice. It tastes great and it lasts a long time in the fridge. My one complaint is the container is a little small, but I only need to add about half a teaspoon to each drink as it has a lot of flavor. Highly recommend!

MICHAEL P.: I've never had Yuzu before so I can't compare this particular bottle to anything else, but I ordered it to try in an Educated Barfly cocktail recipe and it turned out fantastic so I can honestly reccomend this organic Yuzu juice. Hopefully you can find it cheaper in an Asian market though geez

buraiar: まず自分は柑橘系の味・香りが好きです。
でも好きなのに居住地が寒冷地なので、近所のスーパーにレモン果汁は売っているけど他はなかなか見つかりません。アマゾンで検索したところこちらの商品がヒットしました。
風味が強く残っていて、また少量の果皮も含まれていました（外のか内のかはわかりませんが）。
自分は焼き肉の時に良く使用しています。普段焼き肉はにんにく多めのタレが好きですが、時々タレとの間に塩とこの商品で食べるのを挟むと、さっぱり感で飽きることなく最後まで食べられます。
なくなったらまた買います。

Online Aficionado: Super yuzuy! Adds unique citrus flavor to my cooking. A bit spendy, but it did ship from Japan. Got some new flavor without splashing for flight to Tokyo. Worth every penny.

Food, Glorious Food!: Tiny little bottle but it’s the real thing and it keeps a long time.
I’m all about authenticity when it comes to ingredients and love that when a recipe calls for yuzu juice I have yuzu juice.
It freezes well in an ice cube container so once I open it I freeze the remainder so when i need a tablespoon it’s right there.
At this price I don’t want to waste a drop.
Have not been able to purchase this as my local international grocery stores, well stocked as they are. So I always buy this brand from Amazon.
A little goes a long way
