FloridaGal: I like the quality of this product and I use it in many recipes that I make. If you want a delicious creamy texture to any dish that you are making, this will do the trick. It does not have a strong (or any that I can tell) coconut flavor, so you can use it in any dish. It is especially good in creamy soups like butternut squash soup. I have also used it in a few pasta dishes and it was Devine.

GardenCat: This can is about the size of a small can of tomato paste. I find the size very convenient. I love to have it on hand for those times I am making a cream based pasta sauce and have no dairy cream on hand. It works perfectly as a substitute.
I find it is about as creamy as half and half- almost, but not quite as thick as heavy whipping cream straight from the carton.
It has a very delicate, only slightly sweet taste with just a hint of coconut. I made some beef noodles with it just last night, and it delivered a great taste that my family did not guess was not dairy.

Michelle (Michy) Devon: Totally my mistake, but I was meaning to buy coconut MILK and ended up getting this coconut CREAM. I'm not entirely sure what the difference is, but I know the size of the can is a huge difference--10ozes different. I should have read more carefully before purchasing. These are tiny little cans. Now, they are good to add to coffee, and the flavor is good and it's a good quality cream. However, I would recommend buying coconut milk instead, and using the thick cream at the top of the can when you open it instead of spending more money to buy these tiny cans of coconut cream.
However, if what you're wanting are tiny cans of coconut cream, such as using for coffee, because maybe you couldn't use a whole can of coconut milk at once or something--this is a great product for that. It tastes wonderful. And again, it's super good in coffee.

Gen of North Coast Gardening: I adore coconut cream. Because I generally try to follow the Paleo diet, coconut cream comes in handy for whipping up into whipped toppings, mousses, spreads, and even making things like creamer for my tea.
However, after reading about the issue of BPA in canned goods, I went on a search to try to find which brands have BPA free cans. That search led me to Native Forest, which has a thick and rich texture that is exactly perfect for making Paleo dishes out of coconut cream. Not only are the cans BPA free, but the product is organic, which means a lot to me.
Though you should be aware that these cans are the tiny, 5.4 ounce size, coconut cream goes bad quickly enough that it's actually just fine to have tiny cans. With all of the good fats and nutrition in coconut cream, you really don't need to add much in order to get great results. I often substitute coconut cream for coconut milk in Paleo recipes, such as the chocolate coconut mousse recipe on the website PaleOMG.
This is my favorite coconut cream product, because it's the only one I've found that is both organic and has BPA free cans. The flavor is rich and coconutty, and is exactly what you'd expect if...

Linda Dillon: Love the flavor ....I add it to my morning oatmeal concoction, miso and other soups, and occasionally in my apple juice tapioca. I use it sparingly because it is a bit pricey.
