Amazon Customer: My allergies (soy, nuts, coconut, sesame) prevent me from having a ton of the traditional soy sauce alternatives! This stuff is the real deal and tastes so similar to soy sauce, even my roommates who eat soy says it tastes the same! Love it for cooking or dipping.

Flavor is quite good and versatile for making marinade, stir fry, salad dressings, etc. I love the lower sodium content and no soy in the ingredients. Overall, this is the BEST soy sauce substitute I have come across. I wish I could give it a higher rating, but they need to fix the shipping errors. I read several previous posts where people also only received 1 bottle instead of 2.

J.D.: I have been gluten allergic for about 5 years and regular soy sauce has always make me feel sick. For many years I would buy reduced sodium soy sauce and it did help because I also have high blood pressure and I am sensitive to salt, but still didn't feel great after eating it. I adore Asian foods and I only eat meat and vegetables so I eat a lot of stir fries and I really want and need a soy sauce or sub that I can use that doesn't make me feel sick after eating it. I had tried all the reduced sodium and then all the reduced sodium gluten free sauces and still felt Ill afterwards.
It never dawned on me that I might be allergic to Soy until February 6,2021 when I had a horrible allergic reaction. Soy is in just about everything and I am in the process of replacing all my food items for all gluten free/soy free products. I was thrilled to see this product and ordered some even though I think the price is rediculasly high. My order arrived today and upon opening the bag (Shipping two glass bottles in a bag is not a good idea!) I found one of the caps was broken and some of the product spilled all over the inside of the bag. I wasn't pleased about that. Luckily my mother happened...
