Mitchel Martin: I use a lot of Thyme and Rosemary in dishes. I usually buy fresh and dehydrate, but found this Spice Way brand when I bought a bag of Tarragon. These spices are so fresh and well packaged, that you couldn't tell the difference between their packaged vs fresh/dehydrated. And the value of their spices is incredible - a fraction of the cost of fresh spices and I don't have to dehydrate and strip off the spices from the branches. I'd give this product 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend.
