Morgan: We’ve been trying to incorporate baby led weaning but our son is having trouble getting the idea of taking the food to his mouth after he picks it up, he just kind of played with it. So we got these and he basically started to get the idea right away. I tried them myself to make sure they dissolved well in case he broke off a piece and it got soft very quickly. Not much flavor but we didn’t get them for the nutritional value or anything. I was even able to start putting peanut butter on them and realized it’s a great way for him to get used to different spreads and stuff like mashed avocado. For reference my son is just over 6 months old and has two teeth. He has started transferring the same things he does to eat these to other finger foods we give him which is great.
