Unfortunately, this is more than twice the price, but I'm glad there's a high protein/low carb option available for pasta dishes. This doesn't taste exactly like spaghetti, but under a sauce is definitely close enough that I haven't eaten real pasta in years. Not only do you avoid all of those carbs, but you don't feel like you need to take a nap when the glycemic crash sets in. The edamame is close to spinach pasta and pairs well with butternut squash sauce and the black bean pairs well with zesty and spicy sauces.

Linda: We are so happy with this pasta. My husband needs low carb and I am on weight watchers. The pasta isn't slimy. The price competes with similar options. We are repeat buyers

Christal: We loved this. Follow instructions and rinse with cold water- definitely not how you treat wheat but different products need different treatment. I think people saying it was mushy didn't follow this step to stop it from continuing to cook. Cooked for 4 minutes to al-dente. Texture was so good, a little heartier than wheat pasta, but very close and enjoyable. Taste was good too. Sauce it up! I wish I discovered this when I was cooking for someone gluten free. This is just so much better than all of them and much healthier too. My husband said "For diet food, I loved it. For regular food I liked it very, very much. I want it again. " Bought 1 box to try, now buying 6 and plan to make it a staple. Going to see how it does in a cold salad. Will update review when I have those results.

Jade R.: Update:
I still don't like the noodles, but customer service bumps these up three stars, since they reached out to me (after I posted me review) and refunded my money. I stand by my initial opinion of the noodles. True foodies will likely hate them as much as I do, but fitness buffs who regularly choke down gritty powder shakes and tooth-cracking keto nut bars might find them a delightful alternative to the usual texture of health food?
Initial review:
I finally got around to trying these this afternoon. Since I was going to use them in a Ramen, I seasoned the water ahead of time. I used beef broth and soy, lime, chilis, green onions, and cilantro. The broth was terrific. The noodles had the flavor and texture of a shredded blanket. Like, a stale blanket from the dog bed. Honestly, it was horrible. I gave it a chance, I've tried a lot of different "healthy" pasta variations, none of which were particularly good, but these were the worst. I tried the noodles at three different cook times, just to see if it made a difference. I boiled them the recommended 5 minutes, didn't like it, so kept it going another 90 seconds. It was still weird. At the 8 minute mark I took them off...

Karl Hontz: This is my go to pasta for my low carb diet. Closest thing I have found to real pasta. A little pricey (perhaps tgey can drop the price a bit😁).
