After reading reviews and comparing other brands, we chose this one and are so glad we did. I had forgotten what Brazil nuts tasted like; it had been so long since I'd had them and was afraid I had stayed away from them because I didn't like the taste or something. Well, I love them! kathy: Did you know 5 Brazil Nuys a day can keep your thyroid happy with the iodine it needs to function? These are delicious and very filling. I can only eat about 10 at one time.

tampadan: We take 1 to 2 nuts a day for our thyroid (selinium). Third reorder, yet to find any bad nuts or shells in the bags. Not sure if its a good price since there is so little availability but well worth the price for our health.
Pure form of a good thyroid supplement.

Donna Collins: I use these Brazil nuts as a source of selenium... taste kind of like others I've had just not quite as good. I've had several that were like rocks, and couldn't be chewed and had to be thrown away.
I didn't like the taste of them at first, and I tried to return them, but was told they were non-returnable. Since I bought them as a source of selenium, I continued to eat them, and The taste has grown on me. I still won't buy them again, but for the money, they weren't bad. The packaging should show who the small producer is, and also where they are packaged.
