Organic Positively Tea Company Assam TGFOP Black Tea - Rich Flavor & Robust Aroma

Cyclist in WR: We have tried a few different loose leaf teas from Organic Positively Tea Company. They are always great tasting. Choco Coco Joy is my wife's favorite. (Mine too, but don't tell her). It taste like a slightly chocolate flavored drink. Don't expect it to taste like regular coco. If you add chocolate flavored bone broth is taste even better. As soon as we begin to run low on this I purchase another bag ASAP.

Alejandro Contreras: I tried to cut off my caffeine input but starting with Chai in the morning. I bought a much more $$ at a boutique shop and became a fan of Chai as my first cup of the day. As I was trying to find a more reasonable option for my newly found morning bev, I came across a few recommendations and landed on this brand/blend. After trying it for a few weeks now, not only is it very close to the boutique option, it is also a pretty good value IMO, and the aroma and flavor is satisfying. It took a couple of tries to get the right amount for my taste as I like my coffee strong. Two full /heaping teaspoons for me is the right amount on a 12oz cup with a bit of 2% dairy is perfect for me. Would recommend to anyone trying out that is willing to give it some time to to work out the right amount to fit taste & strength preference. Full disclosure, this is my first bag and about 1/2 way through it but plan on ordering again and report back if the quality change over time. (Fingers crossed that stays consistent)

Jeffrey Kaplan: I normally get bulk loose leaf tea locally, and this is almost as good but also noticeably less expensive. A trade off I am more than willing to take. Will buy again when I run out.

Jean: After using 4-5 bags of this tea during the last couple years, the last batch has too many stems and too few tea leaves. It is making poor flavor and I’m not enjoying the brew.

bee: As a long time tea lover I got this to use in my recipe for Chai as my usual Assam was not available. Was really surprised how weak it was… I had to double the usual amount. Big unbroken leaves but faint in flavor.
