Tokunagachan: Please consider changing the name to Mate Tea with a Hint of Matcha (even that would be a stretch). Bought this became up in a search for Matcha and the product name has "Matcha" first (Matcha-Mate). I didn't expect a full on Matcha experience, but really can't taste any matcha at all. Tastes like a watered down Mate flavor, sort of a generic grassy taste. Very disappointed. Doesn't suck enough to try to send back but it's really not good at all if you're looking for Matcha. The ingredients list Mate first, but the name has Matcha first. Not cool.

Scott H.: I enjoy this tea both hot and cold. I drink it hot in the place of coffee in the morning and cold in the place of soda throughout the day. I brew the cold with 6 bags in a 12 cup coffee maker and run 2 pots of water through the same bags. This makes a full pitcher of tea to refrigerate. I add 1.5 cups of splenda to sweeten.

azjoe_63: Having drank tea for 50+ years of my life (my mom was from China) I was never introduced to Matcha tea until a few months ago when my wife bought some. After reading about it and trying it, I really started liking it. I was glad that Amazon and Stash had this available. It is a mix of Matcha and Yerba Mate and is not only wonderful but wonderful for you. I learned that these type of teas are best when brewed at about 171 degrees (like all green teas) and it really makes a huge difference in the taste. I will be buying more when I run out and have made a cup a day

G. Carlin: I really like Yerba Mate tea and yet green tea is not one of my favorites but I thought I would give this try since it has both matcha and green tea. Honestly, it is really good - the three teas work very well together to produce a very pleasant tea for all times of the day. I would even pick this tea first over plain Yerba Mate. I like the individual foil wrapped tea bags - since I'm always putting tea in my pockets as I move around quite a bit for work. And maybe it's in my mind - but I prefer the "more gentle sustained caffeine lift" of yerba mate to that of green/black tea alone. I also like that all three teas are organic.
