Chris OsborneChris Osborne: This is a fantastic tea. I’ve been told to drink Hibiscus tea for my blood pressure and to take advantage of all its benefits. This tea is a super tea, it has many many benefits. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but it’s delicious. I added nothing to it, and honestly for me it needs no sugar because it’s naturally sweet. I’m not a tea drinker, I’m a black coffee kind of guy. So if I like it, you will probably like it also. I followed the directions, adding one teaspoon to 1 cup of hot water, then let it steep for 7 minutes. I used a loose tea ball that you see in the pic. Got it from Walmart for like $4. Give it a shot, the bag comes with a lot as you can see in the pic. I will be buying this brand from here on out. A++

Saint: It is supposed to help you cough up mucus. I did not. However, it tastes fine mixing with elderberry. I did seem to breath easier though.
