D. Binns: I add ginger in my smoothie's. Also some fax seeds. Then what ever fruit I have. Strawberry's, Bananas, Blueberry's and a little 2 percent milk. Oh yeah now were are takin'. MMMM This was very fresh stuff. Thanks
