Graham: This is the 1st ever ghee I’ve actually bought and tried. What an amazing one to start with. I read lots of rating, blogs, & articles about Ghee before I bought any. I do a lot of research before I just buy something. A painstaking amount. This one popped up on just ab every list I saw. It really sets the bar high in terms of flavor and I will now compare every other ghee brand to this one. Also love that it’s organic. Doesn’t have a strong cow flavor (some of the grass fed ones literally taste like dirt and have a funky flavor but this one doesn’t. It’s more of a caramelized butter flavor). Will more than likely buy again.

Amazon Customer: I’ve heard some terrible things about the smell and flavour of ghee so I went with this product where people said you get what you pay for and wow, everyone is right. I’m increasingly lactose intolerant and was looking for a cooking with butter substitute and this is spot on. You only need to use a small amount and so far the jar is lasting a long time. Highly recommend

Nina: It the the best ghee ever. Taste, smell and texture changes the flavour of the food. It is expensive but worth it. Will buy again.

Amosity: This is the highest quality ghee that I've ever come across. The taste is fantastic, the texture is creamy (not gritty, like a lot of other brands), and the color is deep yellow/orange as it should be. This is the only fat I use to cook with. If you want to live a healthier life, stop using all forms of vegetable oils and use healthy fat like this grass fed organic ghee.
While you can cook at high temperatures with it, I usually tend to cook things low and slow. It's great for adding flavor and healthy fat to your vegetables and meats, making Indian curry, blending into coffee, and even seasoning cast iron pans. You don't need to store this in your refrigerator, unless you really want to. If you do, it will be rather hard and could be difficult to scoop out of the jar. I keep it on my counter top, as I use it just about every day.
I have tried many other brands of grass fed ghee and they don't come close to the quality of this one. It's the only one I'll be purchasing from now on. This is also the best price I've found for it. I have seen it at a few grocery stores, but it costs more. What a great product.
