Winnie: We love this ghee. It has no after taste and has the homemade fragrance. Will definitely purchase again.

Amazon Customer: This ghee is so good. I’ve tried other brands and they were ok. I had no idea ghee could be so good. Thank you!

Chandandeep Sharma: Best ghee I’ve ever tried. The consistency, flavour, aroma are beyond what you can expect in a market full of ghees that are more marketing and less value. Will order again for sure.

Shalini: Good fat is really good for health. You must eat good quality ghee in your cooking if you do cooking at home.

Danielle: update:
Now that i've tried SEVERAL grass-fed/organic ghees, I can confidently say, this is still the best. The people, the process, the local (to me, yay) cows... all of it is quite magical. The couple of negative reviews are due to shipping/storage issues b/c of amazon, and people who dont understand how ghee settles in a jar. This has been very consistent for me (always a little fluffier at the very top but the flavor & taste & melting are exactly the same). NEVER grainy, never 'too buttery' (half-done), always sweet and RICH and smooth. And their customer service is TOP NOTCH. It's a small operation who take this process very seriously & frankly, spiritually. And it shows in every jar. I'm so grateful to have been introduced to this brand years ago by 'The Jing Slingers' who teach on superfoods & the body, & make luxurious GF/SF/superfooded meals for celebrities etc. (they partnered with bulletproof even, but still put this ghee on a pedestal).
IT IS THE BEST OUT THERE, no question.

The healthiest of the healthy fats. Organic, grass-fed & local to Berkeley. I feel very confident in their quality. Even tho Whole Foods now...

RDRD: This is now my favorite brand of ghee. I used to go with the Pure Indian Foods brand, but I like the taste of this brand a little better and this one is cheaper. I have cooked with both of them and although I couldn't detect much of a difference after I cooked with them, I would be able to tell the difference if I just put them on toast.
Ghee is not cheap but a little goes a long way. I used to cook with grass fed butter until I learned that different cooking butters and oils will oxidize and create free radicals if they are heated above their allotted temperature. Since then, I discovered ghee which is basically butter with all the milk solids removed. This makes it a much more stable fat to cook with and it can be heated to a much higher temperature than almost all other fats/oils without compromising it (485 degrees F). I just make sure to use a lid on my pans because ghee tends to spit out of the pan more than butter when heated initially.
Ghee benefits...
1. Contains one of the highest natural sources of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). CLA is a potent antioxidant, anti-carcinogen & powerful immune system enhancer. CLA cannot be produced by the human body...

jt: This was my first ghee purchase ever. I had never heard of ghee before, but I found it whilst I was looking for something with a high smoke point for my stove top popcorn maker. After reading about this ghee and reading so many of the enthusiastic reviews, I decided to order it. Thirty-two ounces seems a lot of ghee for one person, but it is good for one entire year, and I normally use quite a bit of butter/margarine each month, so I think I can use it up within a year and maybe sooner.
The jar was very well wrapped, even aesthetically wrapped, and it came in a nice, sturdy box that is entirely reusable once the jar is empty---I plan to store the jar in the box inside my cool, dry, dark pantry. (In fact, the jar itself is of such nice quality that I plan to reuse it once I have used up the ghee.) I expected it to arrive wrapped well enough to withstand the journey, but this was almost wrapped like a gift and was a lot of fun in the unwrapping to my surprise. There was a date label on the lid to tell me exactly how long I could reasonably expect to use it, too, so I need not try to remember exactly whence I purchased it. I love the large, heavy jar it come in. I am so sick...

Roanne: I didn’t realize until after I ordered it that shipping wasn’t included. Shipping was a small fortune on its own. I immediately cancelled the order but they shipped anyway. I feel like I’m stuck with a $95 jar of Ghee so I’m begrudgingly using it. It takes nutty
