Amazon Customer: I got it because I like sesame seeds taste and spirulina has copper that can turn your grey hair dark again. But the bar is about a 5th of what you would think to get. Not even an ounce. 3 small bites and it is gone. Could not satisfy any hunger. 3/16th thick 1 1/2 wide by 4 inches. really thin.

Marsha S. Bruhn: These are great bars; a winner in our family. However, two of the three boxes that were just delivered had the seal broken and were missing one bar each -- 9 bars instead of 10. Be sure to check your delivery. No time to return ours since we are going on vacation and need to take them with us.
