C. Grone: I used this in a Thai red lentil sweet potato coconut milk soup today. It made the soup! It adds rich flavorful heat--not just heat. I love Thai recipes. This will be my go to for Thai red chili paste! Can't wait to try the other flavors!

P family: Made an excellent vegan Tom Yum soup! Very similar quality to what I would expect from a restaurant, would highly recommend for vegans! I would add coconut milk occasionally as a treat and will add shrimp for my husband, will sure he would love it as well. I used half the bottle to one box of veggie broth and a cup or so of low sodium tomato juice, and it was perfect.

(They post lots of recipes for creative ways to use their products.) This one was a non-spicy vegetable curry using whatever I could find in my fridge. Too easy.
