Stan MalinowskiStan Malinowski: For years I've avoided anything that promoted "organic' in its description as I have no particular interest in "organic." Consequently, I never bought Organic Girl lettuces. However, I wanted some "butter lettuce" and none was available except the prepackaged Organic Girl lettuce(s). So I bought one Organic Girl butter lettuce , a mixed greens and an arugula.
Now, I'm sold! Why?
I live alone (if you don't count my dogs who also enjoy lettuce) and I like a good salad. But, to buy and prepare a variety of a half-dozen lettuces is not only expensive but inconvenient in terms of it's requiring a good hour for me to create a salad. (Choose, wash, cut, put away the unused portion…)
Even though it may seem expensive to pay the better part of five dollars for a clamshell of Organic Girl lettuce, I am able to make a satisfactory salad in less than a third of the time if I were preparing from a half-dozen various fresh lettuce varieties. And the cost is less than buying a variety of fresh lettuces. So, this has worked very well for me and I expect to continue, specifically to use Organic Girl lettuce varieties.

Amazon Customer: I really like these little green treats. They are crisp and buttery and are nutritious too. I can snack on half the smaller box and give the rest to our rabbit who loves it as well. Sometimes some edges can be starting to brown so there is a bit of waste but overall pretty good in quality.

Rosita Davis: I am sorry but the lettuce was a light crunch, so it became my snack for the day. Taste similar to romaine, not iceberg. I believe it will work great on a sandwich, wraps, tacos or even a salad because of the tasty fresh light crisp & yes, very fresh. Give it a go!
