Organic Frontier Peppermint Flavor - 2oz Bottle

Mom J.W.: My son's favorite ice-cream is mint chocolate chip. His grandmother has been making her own black raspberry ice-cream for a while now. I bought this to try it out. She used it to make some mint chocolate chip sugar-free ice-cream and my son loved it so much. It's better than store-bought in his opinion. This flavoring smells very minty, tastes great, lasts a while (we're not out yet after 2 batches), and is easy to use. It does not turn the ice-cream the right shade of green, though, so his grandmother added some green food coloring.

Valerie: I have purchased this same product many times and love the peppermint flavor in my coffee. However, the last couple of orders the flavor has changed significantly. It seems like I have to add twice as much to get the same flavor which does not last very long for the price. I'm really disappointed! Is it because of Covid that people are charging more for less?! I won't be buying this again.

Jojo11: I make my own sugar-free, calorie-free keto peppermint mocha coffee creamer using this oil. It's very tasty and you only need like 1 tsp for a whole half gallon of creamer, so it's pretty good value. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's oil, so it tends to float or create little oil bubbles rather than totally mixing. But if I just shake before pouring and stir before drinking it's okay.

NozamaNozama: This peppermint is wonderful in hot chocolate! But in my experience, it's only so-so as a coffee flavoring (the reason why I bought it). I found the strength of the peppermint flavor adequate.

One thing that really helped my use of this product was the addition of a dropper top! Of course, this is not provided by the seller, but if you have one laying around at home left over from something else, then it helps tremendously! Otherwise, the contents of the small bottle just sort of pours out, inevitably dispensing too much; and also dribbling down the sides of the bottle, wasting a bunch of product and making your fingers smell like peppermint (not that that's completely a bad thing).

I honestly can't imagine using this bottle without a dropper top!

Amazon Customer: Very happy with this extract! Frontier spices have always been great quality and this extract is no different. I was hesitant at first when deciding on trying a peppermint extract since many can taste artificial and are typically made with extremely manufactured and scary ingredients. But the taste of this extract is super natural, and as with all extracts a little is all you need- 1 tsp imparted the perfect wintery peppermint taste in a batch of brownies I made!

Super great for holiday baking! Very much recommend if you’re skeptical of non-organic cheap options for extracts found in a regular grocery!

Travis W.: Tastes great, and no worries of food safety as with many other "essential oils". If there is a downside it is the carrier oil is a bit heavy, but this won't be noticable in most applications.
