G.B.: In looking for a healthier alternative to regular pasta, we found these edamame noodles and fell in love with them. They're as simple to cook as regular pasta, but they're a bit more flavorful, have a great texture, and are definitely healthier. RCF1978: In my seemingly never ending quest to find the perfect low carb and calorie noodle I stumbled across these edamame noodles.
Consider me a convert. These noodles are the best low carb noodles I’ve had yet. They are tender and filling just like a standard wheat or flour based product but with far fewer carbs. The flavor isn’t overpowering against Italian sauces or Asian dishes. For anyone looking for low carb noodles this is a really good option.
