JustBeachy: These are fabulous. My first adventure into the dehydrated veggie market. Love the assortment of veggies, not too oniony, these go a huge way once poofed back up. I made the gourmet favorite food-ramen. Added quarter cup veggies and better than bouillon along with 2 T of parmesan cheese and extra boiling water to a ramen pkg (lime spicy shrimp). You'd think I invented hearty soup by the way the fam reacted- all out applause! For about 5 minutes work before heating, these will go a long long way. Package great, and NO DUST!! I look forward to using in omelets, pasta sauces and more soups and crockpot stuff. No prep other than opening the container! Even going to try in a veggie potato dish and stir fry if I get brave. I will buy again and feel no need to try other brands because this has everything that makes me look talented. They taste great, poof up most of the way depending on how long you want to heat them to reconstitute, and how soft or crunchy you like them. Might even try in simple sourcream dip with parm- like a knorrs cheat! You'll b very happy and noone will know how ez it is unless you tell. 🙃 They even smell great. Best of all- nothing but veggies. Russell Graves: I just received a couple of canisters of Mother Earth Products Dried Vegetable Soup Mix and used Lipton chicken noodle soup with extra noodles , two level tablespoon of Herb Ox beef bouillon powder, Three tablespoon McCormick beef gravy powder, three or four heaping tablespoon of Mother Earth Products Dried Vegetable Soup Mix and simmer or cook for an hour or even half hour and can or eat. I used 48 fluid ounces liquid for making this recipe. Maybe you can add 5 tablespoon of mix if you are really into veggies.
It is so great so good. Add dried tomato of Mother Earth if more of a tomato flavor is needed. Either way it is terrific. Russell

LucasLucas: The instructions are un clear, 1 part product to 2 parts water, this is to rehydrate. I added another 2 1/2 cubs of broth to make soup. It's good but I think my main use for this will be to add a little extra to rice or Ramin noodles.

I'm a bit disappointed that the description says it's packaged for 5 yrs shelf life and then I received product that has an expired date in 2025.

Nancy: I bought this for my "go bag", but decided to use it for soups, stews, and anything else that needs a little volume. It taste good and a little goes a a long way.
Needs to be cooked as it is freezed dried. But, cooking about 10 minutes in water or broth will do it.
