Love the taste of these seeds , I use them every day to make homemade seasonings since I no longer use anything that contains chemicals.
I usually mix about 20 seeds of coriander with 3 cloves of garlic and little bit of oregano , olive oil and the vinegar of your preference, a bit of salt to taste of course! I really love this combination of spices , I use it for any type of meat and it works for me.
