Lisa B: I wanted something to make coconut milk out of and these work good. After blending there is oil separated so I know they are from fresh coconut and no lefts overs from vco production. A bit pricey but not too bad for organic.

Sailor: We go through a lot of coconut in out household, mostly for healthy baking projects! I love that this comes in 3 giant bags because it ensures we have a little stashed away as backup. The taste is great and we've made many tasty things with this.

I heart TX: Coconut is my chosen recreational fiber supplement. I have tried several different brands of shreds, flakes, and chips. The flavor of the shredded coconut from Terrasoul has good natural sweetness. It ties for first with my previously preferred brand for flavor, but it my new favorite because I can order it online. I like to mix it with 95% or 100% chocolate and roasted almonds for a healthier joyful substitute.
