CaitlinAtYourService: There's only one reason you're reading this, and the reason is that you eat a whole food plant based diet, or are flirting with it. This cracker is dense af. It is not for soup. It is for dipping in hummus. I could do without the flax seeds adding too much crunch without adding omega 3 in this form, but there is an overall flakiness that I can appreciate. Black pepper is the best flavor.
