This is my second order of this rice as the first order was very good. But recently I discovered that I’m not the only one who likes it. My bag is infested with little black bugs which you really don’t notice until you soak the rice in water and watch them float to the top. I wasn’t looking for a side order of bugs when I bought this.

The rice we received from Amazon was old, rancid and had bugs. Pretty gross, and Amazon would not let us return it. 🙁 So I called McCabe directly. They kindly replaced the 12 lb bag I had ordered. The bag we received from them was fresh, no bugs, and a truly excellent product. Maybe Amazon should consider storing organic food products better.
