Amazon Customer: I make a flax seed smoothie most mornings. I soak the flax seed overnight in almond milk or whatever non-dairy milk I can find on sale. *Hemp, oat, cashew, coconut etc but not soy becausei havea reaction with soy.) I also soak almonds overnight remove the skin and add the almonds and the water to the smoothie. I add a couple dates, or fresh berries or apples for sweetness and add a non-soy protein powder. Yummy and healthy. Has lots of fiber.
