Fresh tasty and crunchy, these were a pleasant surprise. We are on our second container. We found that buying brazil nuts in smaller quantities ensures freshness, and these stayed bright and snappy until the last nut without any trace of that "old" oily smell.

It doesn't beat not cracking these! We use them as a selenium source for thyroid health, so it's also much better than trying to get the kids to take a vitamin/supplement.
They would probably be amazing coated in chocolate, so we will try that soon
