I bought this extract for my mom and she likes to add the flavoring to her coffee. She says it’s a little bit stronger than what she would normally get in the supermarket but just uses a little bit less and it taste delicious. I highly recommend this product and will purchase again for her when she needs it as this is a pretty big bottle.

The almond extract is very good. The top was a little hard to get off I put it between the door and closed it a tiny bit/gently and I heard a little pop and the lid came off very easily. The product is very good a natural strong almond flavour that is great in my marzipan.

I use a lot of almond extract and the small bottles just don't last anytime at all. I make a vanilla sheet cake that calls for a tablespoon full and then the frosting requires another tablespoon full plus a little more. We've always referred this cake as a shower cake because I got the recipe from a professional baker who made wedding and shower cakes in our home town. My husband always raved about this cake and she so kindly shared the recipe with me. I've made it now for almost 50 years. After running across the Simply Organic Almond Extract and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try and wasn't disappointed in the quality and flavor. Sticking to the amount called for in recipes seems to be very satisfying in flavor so the strength is good. Very delighted that I found brand that I like and it's organic to boot.

I was expecting hit or miss with this extract due to the mixture of good and bad opinions on these comments but went for the purchase anyway as the price was too incredible to pass up and am very happy I purchased. I have used it to make a chocolate with coconut oil and almond bits and that recipe was by far the best just be sure to cook it enough to get the alcohol taste out. It smells fantastic! Good quality and highly recommend it. Frontier has not let me down so far.
