Prairie Gal: I made a paleo hazelnut chocolate cake and used this extract for extra hazelnut flavouring. The flavour was smooth and I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend this product to others and definitely buy it again.

Fantasy: So far I have only used this one for flavoring coffee but oh my. Rich full taste without the bitter aftertaste other extracts can leave. Will order more soon.
