Sjolie: I use the product as a work knife in my work jeans. Always good to have a knife handy when working outside or inside — and this fits the bill.
Is the blade razor sharp? No. But I wouldn’t want that. I’m not shaving or doing surgery with it. I can sharpen it to my liking.
One place on the handle a rivet sticks out a bit. I can file that down, so not a big issue.
Do the blades lock. Not on my knife. Again, not an issue for me.
I use the knife for opening boxes and packages, cutting through seals on bottles of oil, opening seals on nail/screw packages, cleaning build-up on weed cutters/chain saws, and the like. Works well in those applications.

Central Scrutinizer: I needed a small knife to keep in my desk at work for pencil sharpening, package opening and general utility cutting. I was drawn to this knife by the low price, decent blade steel (I have had good luck with a Spyderco with the same blade material) and small wharncliffe blade.
Positives: It's an attractive little knife. The large blade has a decently acute grind that was easily brought to razor sharpness. Pointy--very pointy.
Negatives: didn't come very sharp, and the blade I was primarily interested in--the small wharncliffe--required reprofiling the edge with a diamond stone before it was ready to use. That blade also doesn't click open very positively. The bone scales are sort of an approximate fit, and pull away from the liners (although they've been ground flush with the bolsters).
Overall, works for what I need and has a nice configuration of blades, but fairly poor fit and finish. While nowhere near as nice as a similarly-sized Case peanut, it probably will hold an edge better than Case's stainless version, and is 35 to 40 percent of the price. All of that is appropriate for a knife I'll leave at work.
