Minimal tracking
Almost no dust at all
Odor absorption is great for pee - not so much for poo
All natural and non toxic

NOT great:
Poo smell still travels even when Kitty completely covers it
One box will last me (with 1 cat) 3 weeks TOPS
The box says it’ll last two months!! NO WAY

Overall - I’m happy to spend a little more to ensure my cat isn’t inhaling silica on a daily basis and to know I’m not purchasing a product that won’t break down over time.
Eco friendly and non toxic is worth the money
Even if I have to buy 1 box every 3 weeks and can still smell stinky poo.

I do recommend if you’re like me and care about the longevity of your cats health and the environment.

Arzu Ozkose: Transaction from sand to this wooden-made litter was very easy. First, I added a small amount of this to the existing litter and by the time my cats got used to its texture and scent (it does not have an artificial scent though but it has a wood smell which is different than sand.) I increase the amount of the wooden litter until I totally remove the sand from the litter box. Now I am only using this litter. Less scattering, less smell and easy for them to manage their toileting.

blueskies29: I will be going back to the regular formula but I love okocat litter. No issues with dust, litter box smell and I find it lasts a long time with regular cleaning. You can even afford to skip an extra day or two...if your cat lets you away with that sort of thing.

Rafael Cruz: I purchased this product because I now have tile floors so the little clay bits make their way EVERYWHERE! And I couldn’t take stepping on it and it getting on the bed. I do like this product a lot. However, my biggest issue is finding a scoop that will fit those pellets better. Scooping is difficult only because I have to shake the scoop a lot to try and get the untainted litter out but I get so impatient I end up tossing more than I need to. Otherwise it clumps great. There’s not too much of an odor when my cats go to the bathroom, a little bit though, but the best thing is it doesn’t track a ton. Obviously it’s dependent on the cat if they’re going to kick their paws everywhere. But this litter really prevents that. But I would love it the company came out with a scoop to go with the litter :) also I know it says you can flush it but I’m also scared because plumbers and water treatment plants say you should be flushing anything else other than your toilet paper. So I’m not too sure what the pros would say about that part 🤷🏻‍♀️

Amazonia: This is a great clumping eco/pet-friendly litter, however there's no way it lasts as long as claimed. Not sure whether I would buy again given it's not the cheapest option.

É excelente no controlo de odores, e a nível de absorção, muito boa a aglomerar.
Já experimentei pellets de outras marcas muito conceituadas, mas nada se compara à Okocat.

HD: Several months ago, my boyfriend and I decided to expand our household by adopting a cat. Even though we hadn't yet found a cat to adopt, we wanted to prepare everything ahead of time so we'd be ready to go whenever that did happen. One of the first things I did was extensively research what kind of litter we should use.

My boyfriend and I both have very sensitive noses and are bothered by the smell of cat elimination. We have both lived in households with cats before and it has always been an issue for the both of us. We wanted to make sure that whichever litter we picked, the smell would be masked as much as possible. Additionally, my boyfriend cares a lot about the environment (as do I, but not to his level!) so another factor that was important to us was that the litter be biodegradable. We were also hoping that we could flush the litter as well; we don't like the idea of using disposable bags every time we clean the box, and we also felt like we couldn't keep around a container for litter cleanings since we're so sensitive to the smell. We hoped for something we could get rid of quickly.

When I was doing my research, I focused exclusively on the factors above....

Cita: As someone who has searched high and low for a cat litter that would not end up in my bed and all over my floor, I LOVE this product (Okocat for long hair breeds). My little bundle of hyperactivity (aka a part Saimese, medium/long haired beauty named Mia) loves to dig deep into her cat litter. She also loves to leap straight out of her litter box and right onto my poor, ever suffering, bed. As someone who has to keep the box in my room (due to space requirements and a waaaaay too curious puppy dog), having a clean space is super important to me and as such, I have been struggling with maintaining a clean environment for myself and my cat since I got her 6 months ago. Every other litter has ended up everywhere, and has either had dust issues (I have allergies), an overwhelming smell/perfume issue, or is just generally unhealthy for my Mia (I'd much rather she not get lung cancer or asthma from using clay litters, but will admit that until now, clay had been the best option for us). Alas, I thought I was going to have to live with little disgusting pieces of litter in my bed and on my floors forever. Also, crystals were not an option because my last cat actually died from health...
