Ok to Wake Clock for Toddlers: Sleep Training Clock to Help Kids Get a Good Night's Rest

Luke Brown: This product has been great for us. When our toddler moved out of a crib and into a big bed, the freedom was hard for him to handle and it was difficult to get him to stay in his room. I love all of the customizable functions of this clock…I can set the green light to come on when it is his wake time but you get to choose if the alarm sounds or not. I never have the alarm sound on so that in case he is still sleeping, it’s just there shining green to let him know he’s allowed to come out of his room afterward.
Also the customer service was excellent. The cord got a short in it or something after a few months and it would not charge the alarm, but after contacting customer service they quickly sent a free replacement.

Bwod: This has been decent.
CONS - the light is wayyy to bright on even the lightest setting(I keep a diaper over it to dampen the light). You can’t set it for naptime as well, so my toddler gets confused sometimes that she has to wait for the green light in the AM but not after nap.
PROS- easy to setup, my toddler understands and it has mostly worked for us, sound can be turned off

I purchased this clock so he had some idea of when it was time to get out of bed. Now every morning he stays in his room until the light turns green. This was one of the best purchases I've ever made!

Lee McRoberts: Of all the things I’ve ever bought on Amazon- this is hands down the best! Without question!!! Our 3year old daughter was waking up every night about 2am to wake us up to ask if she could come to our bed. Day 1 with this easy to use dream of an sleep trainer has been life altering! She know now when she can get up and come to our bed and doesn’t wake us unnecessarily!!

The colors are easy to understand- the yellow light looks more white than yellow, but she gets the idea. Easy to adjust the timers or turn off the volume.

I loved this so much I bought one for my son too!

Julianne: This clock is great! My son loves it, and it helps him know when it's bedtime and wake-up time. It came with some helpful resources.

The cord started having issues keeping it powered after a few months, but I contacted customer service and they replaced it without any issue.

I love the customizability of it. My only wish is that it had an adaptive brightness feature because I keep it at the lowest brightness so it's not too bright at night, but that can make it difficult to see during a sunny day.

Ana B.: I am satisfied with this product. It is very easy to set up and you can adjust the brightness level and noise. You can choose to have an alarm sound off, or just the lights. My daughter loves it and follows its direction more than mine!

I was disappointed by the import fees into Canada. On top of the shipping that I paid when I purchased the product, I did have to pay an additional $26 to UPS upon delivery. I did not anticipate this.

When I received the product, the cord was frayed and the connection did not work. I messaged the seller right away to express my frustration as I felt that I paid too much for the product and did not want to deal with UPS and the import fees again. Their customer service team was very responsive and messaged me back right away and immediately send me a new cord free of charge, which resolved the issue. I really appreciated this fast and efficient service.

Good product, great customer service, disappointing shipping and import fees.
