It installed easily enough with a homemade press made of threaded rod and washers and 1/2 inch steel conduit cut in a + shape at the end to punch out the old races. I'm amazed at the durability of this product. I was on a longer ride and released explosive flatulence onto the saddle and was worried if it might've damaged the new seatclamp. Upon inspection, I noticed the clamp was still intact and in usable condition. Solid piece of gear.

After I read some user reviews who complained that their 34.9mm seatpost clamp didn't work with LARGER tubes than my 29.2mm tube (my Bontrager tube listed 29.2mm), I had some doubts. I even tried to cancel my order but it was too late so it was shipped to me. When I put it on and tightened, it fit perfectly. Everyone needs to remember to install the clamp on the seatpost frame tube which is going to increase the mm diameter by quite a lot. If one just clamps it on the tube and not the seatpost frame tube, it is installed incorrectly. Also if one is snapping the lever or bolt, you are clearly tightening way too tight. You tighten the bolt and then you push the lever with some decent strength but not crazy super strength push. That is simply user error.... The clamp fits nice and tight. It looks good and the lever can be easily open and closed by the rider.

Works fine and sized as advertised, but the nob on the backside that is used to set the tightness when the lever arm is closed feels a little flimsy and may be plastic, so I could foresee some issues with this in the future, hence the 4 stars. But for less than $8 its not a big problem

I was worried as the name wasn't known to me (Celt) and it was going on a bike I couldn't get an exact measurement on prior to tearing the old clamp off and putting the new one on. But it is very well built clamp and works extremely well.
