Eugenia Householder: Used on 2014 Kia Soul that does NOT have roof rails. Easily clips under the weather stripping. Very simple installation, I was able to throw the grip pad thing onto the roof myself as well as the bag itself. We were going on a long trip and needed the extra storage so we didn’t feel cramped into my already smallish vehicle. Easily held 4-5 backpacks, a few pillows, and several grocery bag sized bags of clothing. The zipper was a little stiff once full but we were able to get it closed and felt it was very secure. There is a flap with Velcro that covers the zipper, once closed it stays put very well. After the bag is full and closed you can put a small lock through the zippers as well. It isn’t really needed to hold the bag closed but since we left the full bag on the top of our car overnight at a hotel we just felt a little safer with the lock. Once full, attach the straps to rails or door frame and adjust the straps. That’s it! It lasted on a 2,000 mile trip going at up to 90mph with no issues at all! Could feel that it was there but very slightly, not enough to cause swerving on the road or anything! (I was concerned about this as sometimes things on the roof will cause...

Jackie: This is so easy to set up and tear down. It fits all the things!! We’re a family of 4 and a pup. Our pup gets the back of the car so this works perfect for all our stuff so we can keep our leg room. I highly recommend to anyone needing extra space for road trips. Best purchase ever!

Jeremy Steele: This bag came as advertised abs I couldn’t be happier unless you sell a version that packs itself. :-) Our family of 7 needed to bring all of our luggage for a cruise but having only enough room for seating and no longer having a roof rack, we were worried about how we could do it. After researching several types of bags and brands I settled in this one.
I’ll keep it simple. It is made TOUGH, weatherproof (we went through 3 seasons of weather on this trip) and it’s able to carry everything 2 teenage daughters and my mother could need.
Installation wasn’t the easiest, especially in bad weather but when I got it attached it never budged. The clips needed to be bent to clip onto the doorframe of my car better (which I did with a rubber mallet) a few light taps and all was good. I used a bit of duct tape around the excess straps so they didn’t flap around much. I CANNOT recommend this bag enough. It’s a solid 10/10 for this family.

Mandy: I drove 1200 miles with this on top of my 2020 Chevy Trax. It held my full set of golf clubs, yoga mat, and a medium sized suitcase, and I still could have fit more. I don’t have a roof rack, so I had to wrap it through my weather strips, and around my “holy sh!t” holders. It wasn’t going anywhere, and proved it on my drive from South Florida to NJ. The only thing is, because the weather strips were not secure, rain definitely leaked in. I didn’t feel the rain coming in while driving, but it definitely got in while parked, and it rained a while. My seats were quite damp. Really great product, and I was pleasantly surprised, and impressed. The material is thick, and sturdy.
