Rachel: I loved this air fryer! I use it for making me and my family food and so far it has never disappointed me! It’s very easy to clean and use.It also doesn’t smell while cooking, which I greatly appreciate. The air fryer also has a lot of room for me to cook more food and adjusting the temperature was super easy! I would recommend this to anyone because this product was just so easy to use, clean, and cook!

binbinchen: The media could not be loaded.  Have been cooking for myself since pandemic. However, I have barely made any fry dishes because I cannot stand the mess caused by frying food. And then, I finally decided to give a try for air flyer after recommending a while by my friends. This is definitely one thing that I need for my kitchen. It cooked quietly without making any smoke, or have oil spilt everywhere. As you can see, the chicken came out great and it tasked good too. Also, I am surprised by the big cooking basket which is much bigger than I expected. I am excited to try more dishes in the cooking menu came with the air fly. I wish that I got it earlier.

LMG: I am revising my original review as the product was poorly designed but I had no issue with the seller. Unfortunately Amazon wants us to review the seller and not the product. Here’s my original review: I returned it after 1 use. The fryer "tray" (referred to as "bakeware" in the instructions) has 4 rubber pads, one for each corner, that keep the tray in place. They "grip" the sides of the inside of the fryer as you lower the tray into the bottom of the unit. I was unable to pull it out and "shake" because it's not a basket, it's a tray. After first use, I soaked the tray overnight because I could not wash off the cooked on food. I didn't want to use anything abrasive due to it would ruin the finish, so it soaked--all night. And the next morning it still would not come clean. I did use cooking spray, so not sure why the food was so baked on. But the reason for the return is that one of those rubber pieces went flying off and down the disposal. I retrieved it. But every time I put it back on and tried to put the tray back in, the piece flew off again. . I also burned my hand on first use. I'm not going to blame the unit on my user error. However, sticking my hand down the garbage...

Greg's wifeGreg's wife: My air fryer just arrived yesterday. First thing I tried was a baked potato. Now, I am extremely picky about my potatoes. Not a fan of microwaved or over oven baked ones. I just took a russet, washed it, lightly covered in olive oil, then rolled it in some kosher salt. Pierced the potato with a knife, but it in the fryer (on top of the vented lift platform) and set it for 400 degrees for 30 minutes. No need to turn or shake. Fork test to see if it is completely cooked and if not, put it back in for a few minutes. It is hot (obviously) so be careful getting it out of the oven.

This was the most amazing baked potato! Crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside. Even if I ONLY use it for baked potatoes, it is a great appliance. But I expect I will soon find other uses as well. Can’t wait!!

**update on 8/21/21, Have used it for SO MANY other things such as baked broccoli (just spritz with olive oil and garlic or salt), frozen small pizzas (done in 8 minutes), wings (husband said they were the BEST, including eating out), and an entire 5# chicken last night (took about an hour to cook but only 5 minutes prep).
