We're older and have a smaller household now, and a big oven is just too much work. It cooks meals almost TOO well. When following cooking guidelines for this item is done properly, your food tastes better than it would if you use your own oven. And it's healthier as well. Cleanup is also a breeze. I've already recommended this item to friends and family 😌!

Joe VergaraJoe Vergara: I liked that the product does what it was advertised to do. I have to make adjustments to cooking time and temperature to what I think I needed.

The bad thing is in less than 2 months of use, the lettering on the product started to smear. The UP arrow is very often used when I adjust the temperature but now the symbol and the other letters now disappeared completely Because of this printing quality issue, and I believe the manufacturer of this product is aware if this quality issue, I would like them to address this issue. I am disappointed by this product, because of the label quality issue and I would like to send the item back, before all the letterings / labels on the front of the product will be smeared off, otherwise, I would like to request for a refund.

Prospective buyers of this product, beware that through time, the labels and sqymbols smears or gets erased when wiping front with cloth, so you have to guess the function that you need from the erased letters/symbols, which is really inconvenient and frustrating.

- The controls and settings are easy to see and use.
- Easy to clean.
- Simple to disassemble and clean.
- There is an app to search for recipes
- You get a healthy and tasty food

M. HolahanM. Holahan: Product came in a timely fashion. Package undamaged.
I unpacked and cleaned it. Then we cooked some frozen chicken wings. Came out great and cooked quickly.
Clean up wasn't too bad, but some food was stuck to the bottom of the basket screen and the bottom of the pot it goes into.
I had to scrub it with a Scotch Brite non abrasive sponge to get the stuck on food off the non stick coating and noticed there was a small, perhaps 3mm spot where the coating came off.
Next day we used it again. We did some burgers and then some fresh chicken wings. Again they cooked fast and tasted delicious.
Again, clean up was not a breeze. Food stuck to the bottom again. I decided to let it soak with hot water and Dawn detergent. After 30 minute soak still the food was cemented to the bottom of the pot.
I let it soak overnight. In the morning the food was still very stuck. I used hot water the non abrasive sponge and scrubbed the food off the bottom and with some heavy duty pressure, it cleaned up. However, now there are 6 spots where the non stick coating has come off. Now if you've ever fried chicken in a pan or even cooked it in the oven, the residue can be hard...
