Glydel Alejo: I charged it before using, I love that it’s usb c. But when I used it burned my eyelids, even I tried the low heat setting first. I did follow the recommended time but still not satisfied with the results. I really wanted it to work, will try one more chance and see

BLUESKYS4ME: The item is extremely flimsy and will the little handles you squeeze to curl the lashes is very very fragile. Upon arrival mine was dead, charged it all night went to use it, it didn't get the least bit warm not even sure if it was working right, no warmth at all. I couldn't even get my eyelashes into it, after many attempts when I thought I had my eyelashes it pinched my eyelids and it hurt, it is so awkward to handle don't be fooled.. Very poorly designed in IMO and a huge disappointment. I have used an eyelash curler for 50 years the old way heat it with my hair dryer, the old way is better. This was such a disappointment. I ask Amazon to return it. The seller tried to contact my personal email, which I did not appreciate.

Erin H.: I have tried several different types of heated eyelash curlers. This one is the hardest to use by far. Because if the size and shape of it, I can not seem to get it in the right position over my eye. I either can’t grab the lashes, or it burns my eyelids because I’m getting too close.
On the plus side, I LOVE the USB charging, and I LOVE the automatic shut off. It also has a low and high heat setting.
If I can figure out how to use it properly, I will give it 5 stars.

Victoria KVictoria K: I LOVE this heated eyelash curler! I have super straight eyelashes and nothing holds a curl. I’ve been getting permed lash lifts for the past year and while those work well enough, it’s inconvenient for me to go in so frequently to have them done. But I recently ordered this lash curler because I didn’t want to drop more money for another lash lift. This works WONDERS for me. The curler heats up so quickly. I use the hotter setting and it’s good to go within 20-30 seconds. I hold the curl for 10-15 seconds before letting go. If I use primer and mascara after, it holds all day. I love that the curler is rechargeable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a heated lash curler!

ChristinaJChristinaJ: I made this purchase on a whim. I’ve been using Grande Lash and it has made my lashes so long and thick but they are naturally very straight. I haven’t had much luck with traditional lash curlers. This product is a game changer, it works so well! It does take a little practice but once you’ve got it, BAM super lashes have arrived! I use the higher heat setting, lash primer then mascara. My lashes look comparable to lash extensions, it gives me the thick curled look while still being natural because they are my own. Try it, give it a little practice and you will be amazed! I’m also getting one for my daughter as a surprise.

Chimpy: I used heated eyelash curlers for quite a long time. I always had the type with a base unit and a separate curler. I always had to replace the unit several times because it would stop working. And it kept going up in price too. This time I placed another order and it's been over 6 weeks and no item and no response from seller. So after all this time I decided to quit that brand and go shopping for another. Why haven't I done this sooner!!!!!! This heated curler is amazing! Two heat settings and very comfortable to use. No pinching. Takes so much less space on my vanity And...the price is terrific!!! You've go to try this..glad I did!!!!!
