Different dosage on the bottle vs the description here. The bottle says take three capsules with food, then I look on here and see a much higher dosage suggested.
I purchased the Now brand because I trust the supplements from them, having used the brand before but now I am annoyed. (Yes, I paid full price, and was not asked to evaluate these.)
The quality of the pills seems fine, they smell good, not rancid. They are not stuck together. The pills are easier to swallow than a spoonful of the oil. (GAG.) I wish there was a way to make a higher dose pill but the size of these is already large. I won't be buying more, I didn't do my homework and did not realize how many pills I would need daily for results. I should have checked first.
I am going to use these pills to get my body used to the oil, then will retry taking the straight oil when the bottle is empty. Too many pills to swallow to equal even a tablespoon. Shame on me for being too lazy to read reviews when reviews tell the truth of the bad points of many products. the oil inside the capsules was crystalized which showed that they had been exposed to heat for too long.
I broke the capsule for I wanted to get the oil to apply on my hair and found the oil to be crystalized.
The capsules, I think, should be stored properly to avoid the oil crystalizing.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH COCONUT:
A few things first... I have done extensive research on Coconut oil & the benefits it has on our bodies. I can tell you that the antiviral benefits it has definitely works. After a couple of days of sleeping a ton, being very sick & calling me at work crying because she couldn't stay awake, I took my daughter (13 y.o. then 17 now) to the doctor & she was diagnosed with Mono.
