Kathy W.: I have been taking the Keto 7 along with the Forskolin (20% Standardized, 125 mg) daily after hearing about it on the Dr. Oz Show as it was stated on the show that the supplements help reduce belly fat and speed up metabolism. I have been taking them daily for 4 weeks now along with eating a low carb South Beach Diet during these 4 weeks. I have not cheated whatsoever on my diet nor missing taking my supplements and have not eaten any flour, sugar or alcohol products (even was good through my 1 week Florida vacation last week, Ugh!) teatime: I suffer from severe bloating and food allergies that had all but stopped my metabolism dead (I am 34 yrs old). After a week and a half on Now brand Keto-7, I have de-bloated or deflated! I am going to the bathroom twice or three times as much, and feel younger and more energetic. I even feel a better mood and less cranky.
