Kindle Customer: Doesn't leak tea leaves. Easy close and open, rinses clean. Looks adorable hanging off the cup. Weighted perfectly so it can be used in big cups without falling in. Will be buying again.

Nancy: Overall the item is great. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the charm is a little heavy so if you are using a large mug like a Tervis tumbler the charm will pull the tea ball out of the mug. Just make sure that the mug/ cup is shorter than the lenght of the chain and this works wonderfully.
