Non-Scented Cat Litter by Tidy Cats

Jennifer Frank Tantia: I ordered this kitty litter a second time, due to how great the first experience was: strong box, all three bags intact. Terrific! However, second time, the bags were stacked on top of each other (instead of being packed upright like the first time), which seemed to cause the bottom bag to break, as well as the box. I lost about 25% of one of the bags, and spent about 40 minutes cleaning up the mess off of the floor.
I hope that this was a "one of" incident, as the rest of the transaction was great!

Aunt D: This is the best litter around. I am so disappointed that I can no longer get the Tidy Cat free and clean litter in the box with 3 bags-40lbs at a reasonable price. I cannot lift the plastic containers or the 40lb boxes anymore. For me this was so convenient because I could open the box on the porch and take out the bags individually. Please bring it back.

Heather: My cat prefers this kind of litter but the way it’s packaged it’s not worth the price. I switched to the box that doesn’t have three separate bags. It’s sold at Amazon as well.

Caroline K: My cats are very prone to upper respiratory infections and scented litter is a major factor in that. Plus I think that not only is scented litter a waste of money, but it also doesn't smell pleasant - especially after being used. Who wants to smell flower-scented pee?!
This has been an amazing convenience. I have been buying the unscented Tidy Cats for over a decade so I have plenty of the reusable plastic containers. I set this up on a subscription and when it arrives I simply pour the bags into the containers and put all the packaging in the recycling. Saves time, money and the hassle of going to the pet store every time I need to get litter, which they sometimes only have. Also, the bags are much easier to carry up my steps than the large containers.

debbon49: I used this for my 2 grown cats. It clumps really well making the box easier to clean. Mostly the rest of the litter stays dry leaving very little order.
I don’t care for the scented litter. The case of 3 bags is perfect. I get a decent price and don’t kill myself trying to pour 20 and 40 bags. Tidy cat must remember the old stories about old ladies and their cats. I am 73 and unsteady due to an inner ear problem, it became worse after a bad fall and dragging and pouring a 40lb bag is impossible.
Tidy cat has mad this soya me if only the would keep them in supply on Amazon and I don’t mean by one of those price gouges.

Marissa94: Ok so honestly when I first read the reviews of the cat litter I always make sure to look at most reviews or critical reviews. When I first open my box I was super disappointed due to the fact I didn't realize it was more Sandy like litter instead of rock like BUT i'll tell you what this specific brand is actually very amazing it clumps really well holds most of the oder and i don't have to change my litter every other day like i was doing before. Also my cat is still very young and she tends to play in the litter box which is kinds annoying to keep cleaning lol BUT she doesn't have the nasty weird smell while doing like she did before I will definitely be buying this product again.

LMDLMD: I've been buy Purina Tidy Cats Unscented Clumping Cat Litter for years, either the 12 lb box (4.4 kg) or the 6 lb (2.7 kg) plastic container. I bought this new format (40 lb box with three recyclable bags) recently and I don't recommend it. It's way heavier than the same litter in the usual packages so you end up with less amount. One bag (13 lb) does not even fill the 6 lb plastic container (see picture)... The fact that is heavier also defeats part of its purpose. The only positive thing is that both the box and the bags are recyclable.

Michelle Fitzmaurice: I was mistaken that this was the lightweight litter that I usually buy. Ended up with this which was a worse deal than buying it locally. Would have returned but not worth the hassle.

Riki: The cat litter is coming in a big carton box with 3 smaller packages. I need to carry some to the basement and some upstairs - and I can do it easily one by one.
There is no need to have something sharp to open it - it has a great opening mechanism - and then when I'm done with the litter I can recycle the box and the bags, and since it is all paper I can also just use it to start my fireplace.

Wendy: I like that there is no scent added to it, it clumps well, and is not too dusty, but it is heavier than I expected. Overall it is good.
