Except for the tiniest little ding on the top of the lid you couldn’t tell that it wasn’t new except it didn’t have any recipe booklet that come with a new one. It does a great job of grilling whe I don’t want to mess with the outdoor grill. Fairly easy to clean up especially if you put foil or liners in the drip pan. It cost about a third of a new one

Fred: I have never used anything like this before and I wish I did sooner because cooking on this thing is awesome!! It's really easy to clean, it heats up to temp SOOO much faster than my oven and I LOVE the meat thermometer on this. I get the perfect doneness to my steak and chicken every time. The smart sensors on this really helps. Air frying was a game changer for me, and this does it SOOO well and SOOO fast. I know I'm late to the game on air frying but what a way to get introduced to it by using this product. I cook on it alll the time :)

Amazon Customer: This is my second ninja because I could do potatoes in one while I do meat in another or any dessert. It makes your food cooking so much faster and it is juicy and it comes out perfect every time I use it to roast I use it to grill I use it to dehydrate I use it for everything. It is my number one staple in my kitchen.

Susan M.: I'm going to keep this review simple. It is a beast for sure. It does the job it's intended to. I've made everything from cookies to salmon in it. It's consistent and so far I'm happy with its performance. It's big so it takes the entire countertop! And its loud!! This is a huge drawback because when its cooking you have to really speak up when conversing with others in the kitchen. Maybe a quieter or even whisper quiet fan in the future. Seems like Ninja should have fixed this problem given how long they've been making food cooking appliances.

Alfredo Carbajal: El primero lo compre en febrero 2023 y fue de caja abierta. Ha funcionado muy bien, sustituyo a mi freidora de aire y ha funcionado muy bien para hacer asados dentro de mi departamento, es un poco laborioso para limpiarla pero en general muy bien, tanto que mis padres me pidieron 1 identica y ellos tambien le han sabido sacar bastante provecho por lo que la puedo recomendar al 100% y mas las refurbished

Becca: This thing is great! I just used it for the first time yesterday to make steaks for lunch. If you aren’t the best at gauging when the steak is cooked to your preferred liking, I’d highly recommend this appliance. It takes out all the guess work, tells you when to flip, etc. My very picky husband was super impressed! I was so excited to use it again, I decided to grill some shrimp and scallops to throw into some alfredo for dinner. Again, cooked to perfection. I saw a tip on a YouTube video to line the pan below with aluminum foil for easy cleanup (the heating mechanism is above, not below). I’m very thankful for that tip because it made for SUPER easy cleanup. I’m excited to try the air fryer and dehydrator features!!

Update! Tried the air fryer a couple of times since then. I love it too. I think what I love the most is the fact that it’s longer than your standard air fryer, so I feel like I can spread out things like fries on there. So far, I made these little sweet potato puffs in there and I “boiled” some eggs lol. I didn’t even know you could “boil” eggs in the air fryer, but I had the idea pop in my head and googled it. It works surprisingly well!...
